The Role
As a Junior Business Development Executive, you'll:
- Learn and execute a consultative sales process focused on payroll, HR, compliance, and Human Capital Management solutions
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic business development
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers while learning how to identify workforce challenges and recommend solutions
- Partner with experienced sales professionals, implementation teams, and client service specialists throughout the sales process
- Develop the skills needed to confidently manage the sales cycle while receiving ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development
